August Welcome Social

Reserve half of a banquet table at the event - Early Registration is $20 - before JULY 31, 2014, after $45.00 (please note space will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.)

Cutoff for vendor tables is AUGUST 1st. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

We need the first and last name(s) of TWO staff members attending the event before AUGUST 8th for base access!

Vendor Setup will begin at 5:30 pm. Please arrive on time.

Guests will start arriving at 6:00 pm with a prompt start time of 7:00 pm.

Dress for the August Welcome Social will be business casual for all civilians.

Dress for military personnel will be as follows:

Navy - Summer Whites

Marine Corps- Service C

Army- Class B

Air Force- Service Dress

Coast Guard - Tropical Blue
