Just in time for Valentine's Day!  Come join us for an evening of chocolate making. 

"Best of Rhode Island" chocolatier Laurant Vals will demonstrate his techniques for making chocolates.  He will instruct the class in making ganache, tempering chocolate and making truffles.  After a fun-filled evening of ganache, chocolate, and cocoa powder you will go home with a box of truffles that you made!

Class size is limited, so register now!
