Military Interstate Children's Compact Commission

Please join us as Janet K. McCarthy M.Ed., NS Newport's School Liaison Officer, discusses the Military Interstate Children’s Compact Commission (MIC3). 

The goal of the MIC3 is to streamline state policies affecting educational transition issues encountered by military families including enrollment, placement, attendance, eligibility and graduation.  There are 35 states that have adopted this compact including RI. 

Please feel free to bring your spouse or guest for what will be an educational and informative evening.

Light refreshments will be provided.
